George E. Dailey III, MD, attended the University of Alabama School of Medicine, and received his medical degree in 1971. Then, he served his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of California, San Diego (1971-1975). In addition, he completed his fellowship training in endocrinology, diabetes & metabolism at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center (1976). Dr. Dailey received board certification in internal medicine and endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He remains an active member of the Endocrine Society, the American Thyroid Association, and the American Diabetes Association. Dr. Dailey is also a Master in the American College of Endocrinology.
